What is the staff manager or anyone else waiting for from the eventer, staff, Leadership application? For example, in Leadership, people signed up for the application in July, and it still hasn't been received whether you are Accepted or Denied, which is pointless.
Why application are not Accepted or Denied?

Evening Gremanik hope all is well, the reasoning from what my assumption is a lot of the roles that people applied for either already have an individual in the position or simply making an application isn't how you receive the role. It isn't the staff manager who accepts or denies the leadership apps it's the 1IC of the retrospective area for example anything regarding Army will be down to the Brigadier General and the General. Anything Naval related is down to the Rear Admiral and any Naval Officers assigned to certain divisions.

Sorry Gremanik been a bit busy, reasoning behind why the section removed is pretty simple, it’s pointless. The roles people apply for don’t get taken through applications and are rather passed down to the “next in line” or chosen/picked in the terms of specialisations within a regiment
