Suggestion: Commander and 2 IC Jobs for 224th

It would be a new model for the 224th Commander. This would replace the current one and make room for a 2 IC job for the 224th.

How will this affect the server?: It will diverse the command team from the rest of the regiment.

Effectively it would be the current model of the commander job would turn into the EXO job and then the New commander Job could be the other model we have available
